today, 31 March 2o24, Dynamic Applications are joining the Federation for Democracy and Tolerance. It‘s a project initiated by the School i went to, back in 1980 .. 1988, the Niklas Luhmann Gymnasium in Oerlinghausen, the next small town. And what a well-done project.

at Dynamic Applications, we see ourselves as a Figura juridica before the Law.
That means that we are neither an ‘Inc’, ‘LLC’, nor a GmbH (limited liability) in Germany, nor an AG (Shareholder Organization) nor an UG (limited liability of only/from 1 Euro).
Now this article contains information in how we work together, at Dynamic Applications.
We are a Figura juridica defined by the dna license and our own AGB, Terms and Conditions. That’s perfectly legal! In the Righteous State, you don’t have to go the standard way. So you can go a special way that is perfectly designed according to your needs. And so, we have defined Dynamic Applications as a community of people (mostly Startups and Small Business) who are working for their own success. a bit similar to a non-profit organization.
You are invited to work with us and you can check out our Terms and Conditions, where we grant a lot of good rights to everyone. Constitutional Rights that we have here in Germany.
To understand how it works, we need to concern ourselves a bit with Jura (legal rights). As a Startup, it is important that you have got a basic understanding of your good rights. So we recommend everyone to read these explanations, then continue with the Constitution of your own Country, or Public State. Following the Constitution, best chance for you to survive.
In creating Financial Business Planners, we see ourselves just between the private Individual or Organization, and the Public State. So, we have defined our very own AGB, Terms and Conditions, as well as our own software license, the dna license. In the Federal Republic of Germany, this basic right is granted by Art. 19 GG (3) of Constitution, where it says:
Art. 19 GG (3): Legal remedy.
The basic rights shall also apply to domestic juridical persons to the extent that the nature of such rights permits.
So we conclude that Freedom before the Law (art. 2 agb) as well as Equality before the Law (art. 3 agb) are as well granted towards (and by) Dynamic Applications.
We try to go the perfect path, and therefore we are almost exactly half free and half same, at Dynamic Applications. So we follow the optimum path to Success.
As we deliver lifetime success, our Target, we call our mission ‘Sharing Economy’.
So we follow the spirit of The Sharing Economy and we (i) live in The Sharing Economy, self.
This means that we (i) try to give a good example, self, and so i take only 25 €/h for my work time, and it’s only 10 €/h for poor people who couldn’t afford us otherwise, on request.

Now that’s an old virtue that’s called Righteousness. At Dynamic Applications, we see ourselves as righteous people before the Law. And that means that we live in the spirit of The Sharing Economy and we take a good price, ourselves, and we live a decent life here.
For example, i can not even afford a car. But that’s cool and i have a wood wagon and with that i transport my food home every week, which is 1 km from the Super Store, and so it’s fair enough and i save about 250 € per month just by not having a car. So we’re actually rather poor people at Dynamic Applications, for a rich country like Germany, but that’s not forbidden and at least we live here and try to do good in the spirit of the bible, and we are confident. So you have the benefit that there’s enough profit on the Table to work with us. Because we take what we need, and all the money left is for the other people.
Now do you have to be as poor as me? – no, not necessarily. We work with almost all kinds of people. Only you are not allowed to murder or slaughter another person. Because capital punishment is abolished in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany (Art. 102 GG).
Declaring the good rights of your Constitution to everyone means that these rights are as well granted to everyone, which is our good right following from Article 19 GG Par. (3), as just seen.
So we are given the constitutional rights and we follow them and we grant them to you.

today, on 22nd February 2o22, radio and tv stations around the globe are reporting that russian troops have occupied a small Region in East Ukraine that was called the Donbass.
Two cities, Doneszk and Luhansk, with a population of about 1.000.000 people and a bit more than 400.000 people, respectively, have been accepted by the Russian Government as independent, autonomous regions in the world, with a status of, or similar to, a small independent Nation.
Furthermore, it was told that no further Territory of Ukraine or other countries was occupied by Russian Troops. So as it seems, to the best of my knowledge, they basically have decided to defend the autonomy of their own Landsmen, who had settled there in the decades before today, in a majority of about 75% of Russian population, towards a minority of about 25% of Ukraine population.
This incident, as harmful as it sounds, makes it clear that the Russian Government has decided to invest no more hope in the autonomy status within Ukraine, as it was proposed in the Minsk agreement.
According to the Principles of International Public State Law, a country‘s actions have to be measured by the country‘s constitution. This follows from the assumption of innocence (in dubio pro reo), in combination with the existance of any natural person(s) in that state. We could question if a public state exists, in Theory, but as soon as the existance of that Public State is defended by a natural person, signing that to you personally (an alternative common worldwide habit is to claim your belonging to your Public State by showing your Passport), the existance of that Public State is now properly defended by your own Personal Integrity, Trustworthyness, and Credibility, through (Pacta sunt Servanda).

Eine kleine Geschichte über echte Hilfsbereitschaft.
Ein Mann irrt einsam durch die Einöde. Tag für Tag verzweifelt er an seiner Lage.
Hunger und Durst.
Er versucht verzweifelt, etwas Hoffnung zu gewinnen, und sei es nur auf Nahrung für ein paar Tage, auf dass ihn seine Füße weiter tragen. Stehen bleiben ist auch keine Lösung. So sagt er sich, geh weiter.
Als die Füße müde werden, folgt er nur noch dem Weg bergab. Endlich kommt er an einen reißenden Fluss. Auf der anderen Seite des Stromes ist ein leichter Hang, und, man glaubt es kaum, dort sieht er eine kleine Hütte, offenbar aus einfachsten Holzresten erbaut, und im Garten vor dem Haus, da arbeitet ein Mensch.
Er trinkt erst einmal ein paar Schluck, um Kraft zu sammeln.
„He! – Hey!“, ruft unser Mann, „wie kommt man auf die andere Seite des Flusses?“
Der andere wiegt den Kopf, zuckt schließlich die Schultern, und scheint nicht zu verstehen.
„He! – Hey du!“, schreit unser Mann, „sag’s mir doch, wie kommt man auf die andere Seite des Flusses?“

im 1. Jahr zahlt jeder Bundesbürger nur 1 Euro,
denn aber jedes Jahr wenigstens 1 Euro mehr, für 100 Jahre.

wer BGE 1.0 Konzept verbessert, musst du erst ma Ticket für 12 Euro kaufen. Dann einmal BPT organisieren, den Algorithmus musst du einreichen,und dann musst du halt auch die Abstimmung gewinnen.

Eröffnung eines Antragsportals innerhalb der nachgenannten Website binnen 14 Tagen ab der nächsten ordentlichen Vorstandssitzung des Bundesvorstands der Piratenpartei Deutschland, so dass den Menschen in gleicher Form das Recht zu Teil werde, ihre Positionen für ein besseres Land transparent und chancengerecht darzustellen, oder ggf. neu einzureichen.

Die Piratenpartei NRW setzt sich in besonders hohem Maße für Teilhabe, Chancengerechtigkeit, Fairness, Ehrlichkeit, sowie den Schutz und die elementare Versorgung der Familien ein.
Aus diesem Grund soll jeder Mensch in diesem Land ein Grundrecht auf Leben und elementare Versorgung erhalten.

This is a very interesting article by Wang Zhao about fundamental blocks of System Dynamics archetypes in elaborated detail, posted by @YoungModeler.
For everyone new to the topic, a simple overview of the basic feedback loops that are common to Business Model Generation as well can be found on Wikipedia’s article about System Archetypes. As well, the basic picture of those interacting Problems-and-Success Models can be found within each Dynamic Application.
Building World Models, altogether. A great topic to discuss.
I found that management picutre on German Wikipedia, translated the picture to English, called it “Balanced Scorecard – Management”, and added that picture to the top right icons in Dynamic Applications. Finally, i’ve uploaded it to the english article on System Archetypes at Wikipedia. Where it resides until today.
How could such archetypes or “building blocks” be incorporated with Dynamic Applications? – your suggestions are highly appreciated.

In diesem Beitrag geht es um die Frage, ob und wie man menschliches Verhalten klassifizieren, also einschätzen kann. Also zumindest mit einer gewissen Wahrscheinlichkeit, weil ja am Ende jeder Mensch doch wieder ein wenig anders tickt. Das heßt aber nicht, dass es hier darum geht, Menschen in eine Schublade zu drücken und ihnen die Nachteile, die diese Schublade mit sich bringt, zum Vorwurf zu machen.
Das Social Styles Model unterscheidet vier Merkmale, um einen Mensch einzuschätzen, und gibt eine Anfangsidee zum Umgang mit dem Typ. Aufgrund seiner Einfachheit eignet es sich gut für’s Alltagsgespräch. Aber denken Sie daran, dass jeder Mensch ein bisschen was von jeder Schublade hat.

Nevertheless, every systems thinker is familiar with the book and the story behind it – from reading it, watching the film (Last Call, 2012) or from their studies. It is possibly the systems thinking study which has received the most attention. As a consequence, the study caused a spike in interest in the field. Ever since there has been a strong link between systems and sustainability thinking.
