In Zeiten größter Not, Hunger, Vertreibung und Krieg müssen wir uns fragen:
kann es auch Frieden geben?
wo kann Güte sein? – wie kommt denn Güte überhaupt zustande?
wie können wir als Unternehmer uns gerecht verhalten zum Thema Fremdlinge und Migration, zum Thema Krieg und Frieden, wo Menschen fremder Länder bei uns arbeiten?
wie sollen wir uns denn verhalten, als gute Christen, wenn andere so viel Schuld auf sich geladen haben, dass sogar hier in Deutschland Fremde wieder remigriert werden sollen, ja, dass ganze Länder und Nationen zum eigenen Vorteil angegriffen werden?
Wir sehen in der Welt nichts anderes.
Wo Russland die Werte des Donbass mit Waffengewalt verteidigt und erzwingt, hält der Westen mit Leopard II Panzern, Tornados, Streubomben und Marschflugkörpern dagegen.
Zuletzt ergreifen Krieg, Schuld, Tod und Vertreibung gar das biblische Land.
was sagt uns denn die Bibel hierzu.
muss es dann nicht auch den gerechten Ausgleich der Schuld geben?
sonst könnte doch kein Frieden sein. Aber es sollte doch ein Friedensfürst kommen! Es sollte doch ein Friedensfürst kommen, für alle Menschen verheißen, das sagt uns schon Jesaja.
Aus Jesaja 9:
1 Das Volk, das im Finstern wandelt, sieht ein großes Licht, und über denen, die da wohnen im finstern Lande, scheint es hell.
4 Denn jeder Stiefel, der mit Gedröhn dahergeht, und jeder Mantel, durch Blut geschleift, wird verbrannt und vom Feuer verzehrt.

Der folgende Beitrag wurde am 18.10.2023 als Positionspapier 008 zum Bundesparteitag 2023.2 der Piratenpartei Deutschland eingereicht in der Hoffnung, dass die Antragskommission diesen binnen 7 Tagen doch noch freigibt (PDF).
Aus Gründen der Rechtsklarheit zunächst zur Abgrenzung von Anomie und Anarchie.

Anomie (griechisch: Kompositum aus α Privativum zur Verneinung und der Endung -nomie von νόμος, „Ordnung, Gesetz“) bezeichnet in der Soziologie einen Zustand fehlender oder schwacher sozialer Normen, Regeln und Ordnung. Vor allem in England war der Begriff ursprünglich ein theologischer Ausdruck für das Brechen religiöser Gesetze.
Zur Beschreibung einer Anomie wird umgangssprachlich und irreführend häufig auch das Wort Anarchie (Abwesenheit von Herrschaft) benutzt.
Anomie entsteht vor allem aus der Diskrepanz zwischen gesellschaftlich bzw. kulturell definierten, also erstrebenswerten und legitimen Zielen (für die USA z. B. individueller Reichtum), und einer Unklarheit über die zu ihrer Erreichung legitimen (sozial erlaubten) Mittel oder aus einem erschwerten Zugang zu diesen Mitteln.
Die Entwicklung des Anomiebegriffs bei Durkheim vollzog sich in mehreren Schritten:
Zunächst verstand er Anomie als eine Situation, in der in einer arbeitsteiligen Gesellschaft keine Solidarität mehr entsteht. In seinem Werk über den Suizid (1897) sind es vor allem Ambitionen der Individuen, die im günstigen Fall zu einem moralischen Individualismus, im ungünstigen zu einem egoistischen exzessiven Individualismus führen. Letzterer zerstört das soziale Gleichgewicht und die sozialen Normen und führt nach Durkheim in die Anomie.
Mit Anomie kann also die Dissoziation zwischen kulturellen Zielen und dem Zugang bestimmter sozialer Schichten zu dazu notwendigen Mitteln beschrieben werden, also aus einem Auseinanderklaffen von angestrebten Zielen, Wünschen und Erwartungen der Menschen einer Gesellschaft, den sozialen Normen, welche die Mittel vorschreiben, die die Menschen zur Realisierung ihrer Ziele anwenden dürfen, und einer als ungerecht empfundenen Verteilung dieser Mittel. Dadurch schwächt sich die Bindung zwischen Mitteln und Zielen ab.

Für eine Akzeptanz menschlicher Werte – Asyl und Migration zu 4-5 Euro am Tag. Eingebracht als Positionspapier zum Piraten BPT 2023.2 in Hamburg (PDF).
In einem Rechtsstaat wird der Wert des Menschen an den Ärmsten Menschen gemessen.
Im Gerichtsverfassungsgesetz (GVG) wurde von daher festgelegt, dass dem Mensch nach einem Jahr ohne jegliches rechtliches Gehör (§ 198 GVG) ganze 1.200 Euro Entschädigung zuteil werden.
Das sehen wir im Grunde als korrekt an, denn es muss darum gehen, zunächst das Leben des Menschen an sich zu erhalten. Insofern man für 3-4 Euro am Tag nur Wasser und einen kleinen Sack Reis oder Getreide hinwirft, im Monat 100 Euro, im Jahr 1200 Euro, kann ein gesunder Mensch sein Leben erhalten. Über 80 Jahre gesehen entspricht dies dem Wert des Menschen von 100.000 Euro (in der Versicherungsmathematik als Teil der Wurzel der Menschheit angenommen, der Euro von daher normiert).

We are a Figura juridica defined by the dna license and our own AGB, Terms and Conditions. That’s perfectly legal! In the Righteous State, you don’t have to go the standard way. So you can go a special way that is perfectly designed according to your needs. And so, we have defined Dynamic Applications as a community of people (mostly Startups and Small Business) who are working for their own success. a bit similar to a non-profit organization.
You are invited to work with us and you can check out our Terms and Conditions, where we grant a lot of good rights to everyone. Constitutional Rights that we have here in Germany.
To understand how it works, we need to concern ourselves a bit with Jura (legal rights). As a Startup, it is important that you have got a basic understanding of your good rights. So we recommend everyone to read these explanations, then continue with the Constitution of your own Country, or Public State. Following the Constitution, best chance for you to survive.
In creating Financial Business Planners, we see ourselves just between the private Individual or Organization, and the Public State. So, we have defined our very own AGB, Terms and Conditions, as well as our own software license, the dna license. In the Federal Republic of Germany, this basic right is granted by Art. 19 GG (3) of Constitution, where it says:
Art. 19 GG (3): Legal remedy.
The basic rights shall also apply to domestic juridical persons to the extent that the nature of such rights permits.
So we conclude that Freedom before the Law (art. 2 agb) as well as Equality before the Law (art. 3 agb) are as well granted towards (and by) Dynamic Applications.
We try to go the perfect path, and therefore we are almost exactly half free and half same, at Dynamic Applications. So we follow the optimum path to Success.
As we deliver lifetime success, our Target, we call our mission ‘Sharing Economy’.
So we follow the spirit of The Sharing Economy and we (i) live in The Sharing Economy, self.
This means that we (i) try to give a good example, self, and so i take only 25 €/h for my work time, and it’s only 10 €/h for poor people who couldn’t afford us otherwise, on request.

Now that’s an old virtue that’s called Righteousness. At Dynamic Applications, we see ourselves as righteous people before the Law. And that means that we live in the spirit of The Sharing Economy and we take a good price, ourselves, and we live a decent life here.
For example, i can not even afford a car. But that’s cool and i have a wood wagon and with that i transport my food home every week, which is 1 km from the Super Store, and so it’s fair enough and i save about 250 € per month just by not having a car. So we’re actually rather poor people at Dynamic Applications, for a rich country like Germany, but that’s not forbidden and at least we live here and try to do good in the spirit of the bible, and we are confident. So you have the benefit that there’s enough profit on the Table to work with us. Because we take what we need, and all the money left is for the other people.
Now do you have to be as poor as me? – no, not necessarily. We work with almost all kinds of people. Only you are not allowed to murder or slaughter another person. Because capital punishment is abolished in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany (Art. 102 GG).
Declaring the good rights of your Constitution to everyone means that these rights are as well granted to everyone, which is our good right following from Article 19 GG Par. (3), as just seen.
So we are given the constitutional rights and we follow them and we grant them to you.

today, on 22nd February 2o22, radio and tv stations around the globe are reporting that russian troops have occupied a small Region in East Ukraine that was called the Donbass.
Two cities, Doneszk and Luhansk, with a population of about 1.000.000 people and a bit more than 400.000 people, respectively, have been accepted by the Russian Government as independent, autonomous regions in the world, with a status of, or similar to, a small independent Nation.
Furthermore, it was told that no further Territory of Ukraine or other countries was occupied by Russian Troops. So as it seems, to the best of my knowledge, they basically have decided to defend the autonomy of their own Landsmen, who had settled there in the decades before today, in a majority of about 75% of Russian population, towards a minority of about 25% of Ukraine population.
This incident, as harmful as it sounds, makes it clear that the Russian Government has decided to invest no more hope in the autonomy status within Ukraine, as it was proposed in the Minsk agreement.
According to the Principles of International Public State Law, a country‘s actions have to be measured by the country‘s constitution. This follows from the assumption of innocence (in dubio pro reo), in combination with the existance of any natural person(s) in that state. We could question if a public state exists, in Theory, but as soon as the existance of that Public State is defended by a natural person, signing that to you personally (an alternative common worldwide habit is to claim your belonging to your Public State by showing your Passport), the existance of that Public State is now properly defended by your own Personal Integrity, Trustworthyness, and Credibility, through (Pacta sunt Servanda).

Wenn Menschen ihre Kinder verlieren.

Was bleibt dem Mensch vom Leben, wenn er das größte Glück verloren hat?
Wenn wir uns diese Frage ernsthaft stellen, wenn wir uns einmal darauf einlassen, für alle Zeit verloren und verdammt zu sein. Wenn es schon gar keine richtige Hoffnung mehr gibt. Wenn die Arbeit, der Erfolg, das Feedback der Kunden und Kollegen fast schon keine Rolle mehr spielt. Wenn die Gedanken kreisen. Wenn die Sonne am Tag fast ebenso unerträglich ihre Bahnen zieht, wie die Finsternis in der Nacht den Schlaf raubt. Wenn die Angst regiert.
Wenn keine Träume mehr sind.
Wenn keine Träume mehr sind, dann können wir vielleicht erahnen, wie Menschen sich fühlen, denen ihre Kinder weggenommen werden. Einfach so. Jetzt werden Sie sagen, ja, aber, das gibt es doch gar nicht. Wo gibt es denn sowas. Das kann doch gar nicht sein. Doch, doch. Das gibt es.
Genau das gibt es, und zwar in diesem unser’m hochgelobten Land.

Wo elementare Menschenrechte noch missachtet werden, soll sich kein Mensch ungestraft 1.000.000 Euro auf Kosten der anderen zusammenraffen [ref. art. 100 GG (2), art. 4 gg (1)(2)].

Brot und Wasser. drei, vier Euro am Tag. 100 im Monat. 1200 pro Jahr. 100.000 Euro, ein Leben.
1.) ein Mensch soll max. 100.000 Euro Staatsförderung für sich und andere beantragen dürfen.
2.) höhere Anträge sind je 100.000 Euro Budget jeweils von einer weiteren Person zu unterschreiben.
3.) alle Antragsteller haften zivil- und strafrechtlich wie jeder andere Mensch gegen das geliehene Budget.
4.) je max. 5 Antragsteller muss ein (1) Staatsbedienstete(r) gegenzeichnen. Diese haften je bewilligtem Antrag zu 1/10 mit ihrer Unterschrift gegen das in ihrem Namen von der Allgemeinheit geliehene Budget.
5.) Die Wissenschaftler (et.al.) bekommen zunächst jeweils 1 Jahr, um die vom Staat (von allen anderen) geliehene Summe zum Wohle der Allgemeinheit zu mehren.
