at Dynamic Applications, we see ourselves as a Figura juridica before the Law.
That means that we are neither an ‘Inc’, ‘LLC’, nor a GmbH (limited liability) in Germany, nor an AG (Shareholder Organization) nor an UG (limited liability of only/from 1 Euro).
Now this article contains information in how we work together, at Dynamic Applications.
We are a Figura juridica defined by the dna license and our own AGB, Terms and Conditions. That’s perfectly legal! In the Righteous State, you don’t have to go the standard way. So you can go a special way that is perfectly designed according to your needs. And so, we have defined Dynamic Applications as a community of people (mostly Startups and Small Business) who are working for their own success. a bit similar to a non-profit organization.
You are invited to work with us and you can check out our Terms and Conditions, where we grant a lot of good rights to everyone. Constitutional Rights that we have here in Germany.
To understand how it works, we need to concern ourselves a bit with Jura (legal rights). As a Startup, it is important that you have got a basic understanding of your good rights. So we recommend everyone to read these explanations, then continue with the Constitution of your own Country, or Public State. Following the Constitution, best chance for you to survive.
In creating Financial Business Planners, we see ourselves just between the private Individual or Organization, and the Public State. So, we have defined our very own AGB, Terms and Conditions, as well as our own software license, the dna license. In the Federal Republic of Germany, this basic right is granted by Art. 19 GG (3) of Constitution, where it says:
Art. 19 GG (3): Legal remedy.
The basic rights shall also apply to domestic juridical persons to the extent that the nature of such rights permits.
So we conclude that Freedom before the Law (art. 2 agb) as well as Equality before the Law (art. 3 agb) are as well granted towards (and by) Dynamic Applications.
We try to go the perfect path, and therefore we are almost exactly half free and half same, at Dynamic Applications. So we follow the optimum path to Success.
As we deliver lifetime success, our Target, we call our mission ‘Sharing Economy’.
So we follow the spirit of The Sharing Economy and we (i) live in The Sharing Economy, self.
This means that we (i) try to give a good example, self, and so i take only 25 €/h for my work time, and it’s only 10 €/h for poor people who couldn’t afford us otherwise, on request.

Now that’s an old virtue that’s called Righteousness. At Dynamic Applications, we see ourselves as righteous people before the Law. And that means that we live in the spirit of The Sharing Economy and we take a good price, ourselves, and we live a decent life here.
For example, i can not even afford a car. But that’s cool and i have a wood wagon and with that i transport my food home every week, which is 1 km from the Super Store, and so it’s fair enough and i save about 250 € per month just by not having a car. So we’re actually rather poor people at Dynamic Applications, for a rich country like Germany, but that’s not forbidden and at least we live here and try to do good in the spirit of the bible, and we are confident. So you have the benefit that there’s enough profit on the Table to work with us. Because we take what we need, and all the money left is for the other people.
Now do you have to be as poor as me? – no, not necessarily. We work with almost all kinds of people. Only you are not allowed to murder or slaughter another person. Because capital punishment is abolished in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany (Art. 102 GG).
Declaring the good rights of your Constitution to everyone means that these rights are as well granted to everyone, which is our good right following from Article 19 GG Par. (3), as just seen.
So we are given the constitutional rights and we follow them and we grant them to you.
Does this Article contain important information for the international audience? – Yes.
Same goes for Freedom of Religion and Political opinion (art. 4 agb), The Freedom of Expression, Arts and Science (art. 5 agb), The Rights of Home and Family (art. 6 agb, art. 13 agb), The Freedom of Association (art. 9 agb), The Right of Privacy and Data Protection (art. 10 agb), Ability to Work (art. 12 agb), Basic Rights of Property (art. 14 agb), Internationalisation (art. 15 agb), The basic Right to Asylum (art. 16a agb) and Rights of Petition and Complaint (art. 17 agb), and Elementary [basic] Legal remedy (art. 19 agb), to name a few.

In case we’d have to decide us, we’d rather go with the institutions of private Law, than with the institutions of public Law, as we have been founded by our Founder and not by The Village.
Martin Bernhardt (me) calls himself the Founder of Dynamic Applications, from o1.o1.2o16.
The Founder of Dynamic Applications has a special role, in that he is developing the Software of Dynamic Applications, writing the Website, the license, and the AGB, Terms and Conditions of Dynamic Applications, therefore creating the contracts between you (our users) and the company (in german words, aye use to say ‘Unternehmen’, because we take a little less than most other people would, if they could). At least that’s the idea for my part.
A part, we’ve got AGB, Terms and Conditions just to defend ourselves, me any my little family.
How can you be responsible or interact formally with Dynamic Applications? – see below.
The company is listed with Finanzamt Detmold (Tax) and Martin Bernhardt is responsible for Dynamic Applications, before the Law, as a Founder; we see it so that every one is responsible for their own person, acts, creations (e.g. Calculation Models), belongings and contracts though.
In an attempt not to carelessly interfere with the rights of others (your own rights), in defining our own AGB, Terms and Conditions, we have actually oriented ourselves closely upon the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany. So we have moved ourselves in an optimal, neutral position. From there we contribute to Society and anyone’s benefit by providing the basic scope of our work, free of Charge. Should you find this any interesting, you are invited to become part of Dynamic Applications, e.g. by signing our AGB, the dna license, or installing the software.
To prove our validity and honest craftsmanship, i am registered as an ordinary craftsman, with full responsibility before the Law with all my personal belongings, and money on the bank accounts. We have one for the company, one private for food, and one savings account.
So that people can rely on the small, substantial Financial projections that we make.
At Dynamic Applications, we think that small people are important, as well.
Protocol Form.
We have created Protocol Form to grant you the Rights to Petition and constructive Complaint, as well just to create important Protocols, Treaties and notes of interaction with other Individuals, Companies or The Public State. You are invited to use Protocol Form on your own Risk, for your own Purpose, under your own Responsibility. As declared on the Form Template (Top Left), it is licensed under (cc-by-nd), which means Creative Commons, Author wishes to be named (by), and there shall be no derivates (nd). You are invited to write anything on a Protocol Form Template that is of importance for you and your own family. Once signed, though, it’s a rather restrictive form template that is even properly licensed as such.
It’s a closed Form and everyone can check out our AGB, Terms and Conditions, self. There’s our Website (www.dynamic-applications.org) and the final notice at the bottom line for that.
Formally spoken, Dynamic Applications shall be a small part of any contract hereby confirmed, as written in the bottom line of Protocol, defended by our AGB, our coeur values.
In being the Founder of Dynamic Applications, so am i willing to defend each Protocol Form Template with 75 € before the Law, to AG Lemgo (the local Court). Should you ever be angry about our (my) personal service, it’s your good right to send a letter to AG Lemgo with a written complaint, by German Law (we recommend to relate to the Articles of Constitution, as defined in our AGB, Terms and Conditions). Should the Court accept, 75 € shall be granted to you. I’ll bring that in bank notes in my own pocket. So your basic travel expenses shall be paid.
Should the Judge though claim that Protocol Form was an invalid Form Template, i’ll beat 75 € cash on the Judge’s Table. Fair enough! Then, we’ll go home and create a Press statement that every Protocol Form written upon is now in question.
Following from that, we conclude from Art. 19 GG (3) (Basic Rights of Figura juridica) in relation to Art 2 GG (Freedom before the Law) and Art 3 GG (Same Rights before the Law), that it was indeed our good right to create such a basic democratic Protocol Form Template.
Show us the Law that forbids you to create a Form Template, dear Judges of AG Lemgo.
Following from directly binding Basic Law (Art 1 GG (3)) in relation to Art 14 GG (Property and Refunds), the local Court (AG Lemgo) now owes (shall pay out) 75 € to every party affected. The rest is really some internal affairs of Courts and Judges that they can (and shall) clarify, self.
Don’t ask me, i haven’t created the Basic Law, but i found this a really wonderful concept.
The higher the Court, the more important such formal questions become. Law and order (of Law), you know. In being base democrats, ourselves, we have our good right with us, as a general habit (our Founder always has Protocol Form Templates with him, in his shoulder bag).
In England, they call such arrangement a “Nominated Subcontractor”, which we encompagny – at Dynamic Applications – the “Nominated Contractor” of Dynamic Applications (against all odds), but strictly in line with our good Law (chance vs. Participation)

Can We the People make use of Protocol Form in a foreign Country?
Yes you can.
Following from Art. (vi) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights [UN 1948], every one has the right of regocnition everywhere as a Person before the Law.
That’s why we have given our selves a Constitution (similar to a Country, that was) formed well after WW II, the Federal Republic of Germany, my home country as a Founder. May be that is a bit unconvenient, but we thought it well suited to move our selves, formally correct, in a mostly neutral, but properly defended position, before Law.
See art. 101 agb (as elaborated in the AGB, Terms and Conditions of Dynamic Applications) for additional rights when it comes to legal councils from foreign countries, even should there be no righteous state.
So Yes you can.
You can be respected as a Person before the Law, even if you are stateless.
It is not exactly easy at times, and much depends on the Judge(s) involved, but possible it is. At Dynamic Applications, we give people a chance, so we found that fair enough.
As a Founder i am personally involved with any Protocol Form obviously, as my name is printed upon in the footer line. You can take a pair of scissors and remove it, but that’s not how we’d find it appropriate with Dynamic Applications. Take care of keeping the Flags, down there t.
Is it legitimate to defend a free Protocol Form with 75 € before Law?
well, we (aye) think yes, as long as we (aye) can pay you out, in case, and, especially, as you have paid the Sheet of Paper, Printer, Ink, (sales price), self, and you can prove that, so fair and even, fair enough we trade, but that‘s a matter of the Judge‘s personal opinion, as well, of course.
That‘s why we recommend to acquire Dynamic Applications from 99 ct, before you start using our Templates for any matter of importance.
You can not claim a good right in Court, before you treat others fair, as well. Why don‘t you think about one tenth, to defend your position in biblical truth. Honestly, why do you claim a good right, when you can‘t defend it when it counts.
Can multiple people join for a common refund?
Yes, you can, but we see it so that each Protocol Form Template shall be defended with 75 € before Law, and so you have to sign multiple Form Templates, one per Person, then, you have to give us 7 days to respond, each, and where you group together for a massive refund, no one is free of mistakes; so we see it so that where we excuse ourselves, within 7 days, at minimum, and correct our path, appropriately, how dare thou to forfeit good rights of us, be same.

Work order Form (Pro) Template.
Work order Form (Pro) Template is designed to create your own Work order, under the AGB, Terms and Conditions of Dynamic Applications. So as you can join (and leave) freely, as well shall you be granted the basic right to earn your self some food. It’s again defended by 75 € in the free version (as available for download in our AGB, Terms and Conditions page), and it’s as well included with every Dynamic Application (see your own User’s Documents folder).
As 75 Euro may seem a bit poor for a substantial Work order, we defend it with 748 € before Law with the Pro version of Dynamic Applications, available from Microsoft Store or PayPal.
Again, we’re formally involved with any Work order written upon, naturally, and you can see this as an advantage or a disadvantage as you prefer (dependend on your local Court, Judge, and Constitution). If you like our project and find our overall conditions good, you are invited to create your Work orders on the Founder’s own, self created Work order Form Template.
The value of 748 € reflects on the number of delegates in Deutscher Bundestag, our Federal Parliament. As well, it relates to Protocol Form, the basic right of hearing, with almost 10:1 exactly, follwing the biblical truth that each wealthy Worker shall share one tenth of his own possession with the poor. So it serves as a reminder for the all of us. Finally, you can sue us in Court for the value of 748 €, should you find your own possession, property or good severely harmed by the Work order Form Pro Template of Dynamic Applications. Fair enough.
I’m not saying that i’ll beat cash on the Table, voluntarily, by any means.
You had your chance, use Protocol Form on day one.
That’s why we have Judges in Court, so i wish you good luck on your endeavours.
Should other people find our Work order Form Template invalid, well, that’s exactly why you can have me ordered to the Court process in Person, where possible, so formally accepted.
On request though, if you send a letter first arriving at my place, and you find yourself in a desparate position, we’ll consider to support you in Court or else where, as usual, under the Customer and IT Service conditions of Dynamic Applications (from 10 €/h).
At Dynamic Applications, poor people can order as well.
You are invited to offer your own Services under the Terms and Conditions of Dynamic Applications, or to define your own wage. That’s why there is a Wage field even for that.
The Tax field allows you to enter Tax according to the Law in your Country, and you are responsible self for collecting and reporting Tax, to the local bureau of Finance. That could be from yearly to monthly and i am sure you can visit them and ask how to collect Tax for them.
For important contracts, it is possible to sign (or let the customer sign) just the Top form Template, so that the addresses, Court place, Order date and Wage are agreed upon.
Then, you can fulfil the Work order as agreed upon with the Customer. Once signed, it allows for an easy calculation of the Total amount on the same page. So if you want, you can create a valid Work order and invoice, all-in-one. If the customer pays cash, write “paid” upon.
Take a photo with your own Smartphone and leave the original for the customer’s receipt.
Under these conditions, keep in mind to think about the Tax field ((VAT) in the United States) once again, you are invited to work for Dynamic Applications, with our Form Templates, to earn your self and your own family some food to feed you, under your own flag (as you prefer).

Should your Work order ever not have been paid, we provide an ‘in voice’ Form Template, so you can underline your desire or charge with a few lines of relevant justification.
In case your claim is about a Work order, don’t forget to add your Invoice Number, just in case.

Should you make any profit, please keep the profit to feed your own family. Please be aware that as a Startup Founder, you are a bit on your own, yourself. You can always ask here for help, but with a 100 000 Downloads and counting, my personal time as a Founder is limited.
We recommend good old, traditional paperworks in important cases. My father receipts the daily post at the front entrance. My letters are sorted into a basket and processed, orderly.

These documents are provided as a guideline and you can use them and we see it as an expression of Trust where people have bought or Pro version, and so we give back on a fair and even level of understanding. Finally, as we have seen some people would take advantage of even the best well-intentioned company, please find attached our Refunds policy. It is delivered with AGB, Terms and Conditions and dna license with every Windows 10 Store App, as well as delivered for download from having paid our small, fair and even license fee with PayPal, then downloaded the Pro version Setup.exe from our FTP Server.
So that people have our warranty on their Desktop and you can claim your rights at AG Lemgo, the local Court. Please understand that we have to reserve the right of poor people in walking to the next ordinary, local Court of our Country. Their address is given in our AGB.
Finally, the right to Asylum is of course well respected by Dynamic Applications, but we don’t operate a Refugee, widow and orphan house, ourselves. The basic rights of Home and Property are well respected with Dynamic Applications, but we see it so that everyone shall rather build their own House, Home or Shelter, because our House is not large enough for a 100 000 people, and counting, unfortunately. Finally, we have created one more Form Template, the c democ ra t Form Template.
Since we don’t take part in Casino Games of all kind, we have created a uniform Template where we people can demand any other or additional base democratic right, around the globe.
Since people have demonstrated for the weirdest things, and therefore there is always the danger of abuse, it is a bit poetic. That’s not a bug, it’s a feature. However, it’s properly defended by 1000 Euro before the £aw (we are involved with 1000 €, formally).
So here again this serves as a Liability Cap in case your public demonstration goes to Court. Should you need more credibility, please acquire another c democ ra t Form Template! Or your demonstration shall be void, formally. This means that you are invited to defend your public demonstration under your own responsibility, for your own purpose, under your own flag (of course!), but there is a connection to the (formal) flag of Dynamic Applications,

(2) The Federal Flag of the Founder shows black, white, red, gold, dark green, on dark blue.
Everything has a value with Dynamic Applications, and so all our Form Templates are properly defended before the Law, but the standard warranty is only 75 € which we give back in Court. Shall your case not been accepted by AG Lemgo, there is a Bug Bounty of 25 € before the Law. So that is guaranteed for you. However, you can acquire additional Form Templates which have a higher value (defended) and these are defended properly for a good reason.
So that the Righteous Judge around the Globe, or Advocate or Bureaucrat or State Person in any Court, Village or Town or Legal office, shall know that there is indeed a trusted, substantial contract. And here it serves as a good that you can bring forward the automatic bill from PayPal or Microsoft Store and so you can prove that there is a valid contract with Dynamic Applications. So all these Form Templates are intended to work as a small insurance.
However, we are not every Advocate in every office, you know.
You can as well create your own Form Template, and so defend your demonstration, self.
From my point of view, as a Founder, how much luck can you have that your own Demonstration is well-defended formally (which means that it is well-defended before Law) and backed up by the UN 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as well, formally [agb].
See? – that was an example from Religion, as granted us by Art. 4 GG (art. 4 agb).
At Dynamic Applications, we find the general concept of Democracy good, in its core idea.
Since we reflect on values, literally, with our own hands’ work, as well we reflect on all those coeur values of our own Constitution, with a few personal amendments, accordingly.
So we defend our work in the most appropriate way for such a finanical service instititution.
However, much has been said about all kinds of constitutions and governments that call themselves a democracy and you never know. Take Russia, for example. Is Russia now a democracy or not ?. It has been said that Mr. Putin in person wanted to be a good democrat, and then there was a voting in the Duma, that allows him to reside for 20 more years.
So we are not saying that it is exactly undemocratic. at Dynamic Applications, we are saying that we are base democrats and so we go with the basic fundamental 20 rights of our own (country’s) constitution. Because we as well respect the good rights of our neighbourhood.
Generally spoken, we recommend to reduce each Country’s Constitution to the most important 100 paragraphs, if at all. So that people can understand the Country’s targets. Understanding.
such Simplicity creates Transparency, our first defended value.
Do we see ourselves as living in a democracy, at all ? a few early examples in Court have brought us to the question if there is no good right, when you need it, would there be any good right at all. Formally though, the righteous state seems to work fairly well, unless you self attempt to become part of it, or speak up against it, and may it be a single judge’s ruling.
Finally though, Bundesverfassungsgericht (BVerfG) in Karlsruhe, our Federal Constitutional Court, is defending Dynamic Applications with two ‘Aktenzeichen’ (formally signed) as well as me as a natural person before the Law, with my good name, as well as us (our Figura juridica).

You should to explain that to the State Person in question that that‘s just as ususal, so that‘s exactly how an insurance works. In Germany, on demand, a ‘yellow letter’ is sent by the executive Court (in NRW: AG Hagen) to the person in question, requiring them to pay the bill (after 2+2+2 weeks) – or speak up against, following another 6 weeks of waiting time before finally, after 12 weeks, at minimum, the good right turns around and where the other party still wouldn’t answer, it is assumed your good right to pawn the other party’s property with Court inspector and 2 policemen, to feed yourself and your own family. Should the other party speak up against though, normal Court procedure.
Fortunately, i only had to send a yellow letter once, and the customer paid the bill instantly, then.
Finally, i am paid for my time with 75 € per hour, where not otherwise stated (granted), should a Court procedure be involved with Dynamic Applications, as this requires expert knowledge.

We see it so that there shall be a good right to store (mention, main tain) one Domain per Person. That’s part of our AGB, Terms and Conditions and it’s written from the point of view that we see hourselves as honorable people before the Law, as well. So we see it as a demand that a person is granted a free line (one statement) that’s written in your Passport. So you can declare formally what are your values and everyone can see it even at the Airport, or at the border to another state. That could/can of course as well mean additional Trouble, or delay.

So we follow the idea that we live in our own state, since as a father i was not empowered orderly to see our little sun, before the Law. That is so much hurt, to day. My wife has moved to an own house in the Village with our little sun, and i am happy they live nearby. She hasn’t visited me that often in past years. I see it so that the Marriage maintains, as it was not orderly split up (formally), but the Judge refuses me an ‘Aktenzeichen’ (AZ order sign) and so it is not orderly tracked, at all. As well, later i have accused the judge of taking hostage of my little child. My wife says that she hasn’t studied and so she wouldn’t know how to arrange it otherwise than what the Judge has written.
and Mrs. Judge Goll from Town of Bielefeld has no mercy in her heart.
So i am not empowered orderly to see my little sun, and i can not visit Church with him on Sundays. So i am indignified by The public State and that’s why i have written Constitition for our own State, orderly. As i am vowed upon the Constitution of The Federal Republic, with Civil Service in 1989 and University (PhD) in 2000, i would not interfere with Law and order of The Federal Republic of Germany. So i have declared in our Agb, part (III), formally spoken,

It is of course a bit utopic and a bit optimistic and a bit unrealistic that you people shall ever join, together, that we people shall ever build The Federal Republic of we (the) people. But it’s also transparent and simplistic (simplicity creates transparency) and so every one can make up their own mind. It’s also a bit of protection should people call me a ‘spinner’. But i live with that in the hope that they don’t go against me in the Court place, as every one can see that we are too poor to defend ourselves properly with Lawyers of all kind, anyway.
But then they see with Lawywers and stuff that there is nothing much to gain.
Formally spoken, though, the declaration is correct.

Show me the Law that forbids to write a better constitution. So here we are, defending our selves with the Bible in our hand, before God (Allah).
That’s also why we accept as well Law and order of the Federal Republic of Germany, in Court or else. So that it’s undefeatable, and my work for the all of you is not destroyed that easily.

That follows from Art. 19 GG (3) where it says that the Basic Constitutional Rights are as well granted for domestic juridical persons. The given juridical person is domestic because it has a fixed seat (House, Address) even if it’s just the small Garden House that was granted my by my own mum, Margret Grote (* 25.o7.1942 .. (t) 25.11.2o18). My father has built it for my Mum.
And we share it with the Family, to day.
It’s sad for me that there are so few visitors of Dynamic Applications, naturally.

We have a bit of problem with commercials, as our software is free of Adware and Spyware and so it is expected for the works of Dynamic Applications, as well the website. So please respect that and add no more than just one web link, at maximum, to your own hand’s work.
However, there’s no rosine picking with Dynamic Applications. So if it’s Law and order of Germany, for you, well, then please respect well more than 10000 single paragraphs, in hundreds books of Law. And then it’s no Freeware and no Shareware for a symbolic price, it’s a strictly copyrighted works of Martin Bernhardt, and you are not invited to use everything for free. That is because from 7 years of operation, we have the feeling that some people think that everything was free for granted, and i am so poor regularly that i have to stock up to the unemployment wage just to feed my self. It is possible in the righteous state to demand that you can get the wage (social minimum) of an unemployed person, under same conditions. That’s 500 bucks per month here in Germany. I don’t want to live like that. It is not part of our idea that we force other people to work and make good for what we can’t achieve, self, but i have as well responsibility to feed my own family, and where not good enough, to feed my self.
We see it so that it is honorable to work as good as you can, and try to feed as well your own family. So we declare our works (cc-by-sa) where appropriate, and (cc-by-nd) where necessary.
Since my personal sanity has been questioned a few times, in past years, which i can understand that it’s important when you go a path like that, for the public state, but i haven’t found that very funny (being treated like that and locked away for 3 weeks of course, because the maximum here is 6 weeks and they made it 3 weeks, formally correct). Still, the exact conditions were very harmful, so we express this our hurt in the guideline (declaration) of refunds towards Dynamic Applications as part of our AGB (see below). My wife does not want to show her thereabouts on this our Website all the time, and so i try to respect that.

Can we defend you in Court, where ever you are?
Yes.
You are defended in Court by using our closed (formally perfect) Form Templates, already.
So you can apply to serve (flag) your own problem, concern or demand under the flag of Dynamic Applications, or, at minimum, under the AGB, Terms and Conditions of Dynamic Applications, as formally declared on the Form Template(s). We see it so that where not stated, otherwise, should Judge refuse to accept you as such (a.g. seeking asylum), there is defined that default Law and order of The Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, towards you.
How is that possible to be defended like that in foreign Countries?
Following from art. (vi) of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights [UN 1948]:
Every one has the right to recognition Everywhere as a Person before the Law.
It may of course appear that Judge(s) find this a bit specific and grant you even less rights, then, especially where you do not live in the Righteous State, where Human Rights are to be well respected. Much has been written about this in Press and Public Statements.
We may defend you there, in person, from today (2o23.1o.16), under the conditions given in the Release Notes of v8.00 of Dynamic Applications, which are basically the Customer and IT Service conditions. We really find it problematic though to defend you as a poor person where there is no proof given, because that in itself may not seem valid, fair and just before the Law.
We (aye) can always write a Letter to your local Court, but that’s paid (official) in any case.
