For reasons of Transparency, our first defended value, please find attached a statement at the bottom of this page. We (aye) found us hurt by a Court [judge] clause, and we had to go the way up to the Federal Constitutional Court (‘Bundesverfassungsgericht’) here in Karlsruhe.
so far, we have not even been refunded by the judge, self. See ‘Nature Simulations’ and AGB for details. Section ‘Refunds towards Dynamic Applications’ has been elaborated for future cases.

Details on Court proceedings of Dynamic Applications (relevant cases, concerning my self):
For reasons of justice and fairness, hereby i declare personally:
that people who want to give me work are informed about our personal and family situation on a fair and even level of public access. Please be so kind and respect that we reserve the right of Home and Family as well for ourselves. That’s why we do not elaborate on this on every phonecall or in a Skype meeting, even should you claim you represent a News agency or radio.
A few early cases in Court (clarification cases) have brought to my attention, that it may very well be that even simple and relatively normal people are being denied Protocol in a Court.
So they can not file in report of a severe crime, for example, and get Stamp of Court, or Judge. As it seems, i have overlooked the deep cultural and traditional habits in a Federal Republic.
So first of all, i have created Protocol Form orderly, to grant good right of witness.
Finally, after a few years of never being empowered to see child, case was reported orderly to Public State Attorney, with form sign (file number) missing to day. They simply don’t respond.
At Dynamic Applications, we see it so that every person has the right to file in complaint, for example, report a severe crime (StGB §235 (4)) in a court or to a State Attorney. Then they got 6 (2+2+2) weeks to respond, and if it’s just that they have started. Decision shall be given within 12 weeks, with legal remedy given up towards the next level State Attorney, or Court.
So you can file it in even if the crime was done by a Judge, but is not justified (e.g. the judge has violated the criminal laws him/herself, but has not defended his/her verdict, appropriately).
When Judge herself tried to establish foreign (unknown) Lawyer to defend father against the father’s will (a formal measure possible in Germany), in family trial, to take the case out of the father’s hand, effectively, judge did a request for administrative assistance to AG Lemgo, court one of Dynamic Applications. Father brought forward Law (§ 1896 BGB Abs. (1)), that such was against the Law. Judge’s request was granted in first instance. Father went to Land Court (LG Detmold), won case in 2nd turn, finally. a father can defend his own family, self, in Germany.

‘Aktenzeichen’ filed by Bundesverfassungsgericht in Karlsruhe for 10 years (confirmed).
2x form sign decided, concern then refused to day. Decided to inform the general public in most decent and appropriate way. a decision was made by 2nd senate (order and refusal), also categorization and formal category of ‘possibly there could be a claim’. However, we were not given a decision, neither positive nor negative. BVerfG decided not to rule about our concern.
The reasons for this, as indicated beforehand, were that it could be that the case was not describing one punishable act of public state, precisely enough, and that the default order of proceedings may not have been exhausted, completely, beforehand.
The President of The Federal Constitutional Court gave his good name to defend BvR 454/22. So in the case of Martin Bernhardt of Dynamic Applications against a few federal judges, it’s 0:0.
The AGB, Terms and Conditions of Dynamic Applications have been recreated in Nov. 2019 to reflect on the fact of how far the good rights of a person may be bent in Court, and may it be by a single judge. So we try to serve with a good example ourselves, translating the words of our constitution, with a few amendments added in simple and clear language.
We hope that our good rights, that everyone’s good rights of our contractors shall be understood, and so acknowledged, where possible, on a fair and even level, in any court.
You don’t have to agree on every single word, you know. Please go ahead, where necessary.
For reasons of Transparency:
Martin Bernhardt is a Member of the Pirate party [EU (D)], and CVJM (Christian Association of Young Men, YMCA) in Helpup, the Village up Street. He never left the Green Party. Alternative opinions are welcome with Martin Bernhardt and Dynamic Applications, on a global scale. We see it so that there shall be Productive Conflicts with Constructive Criticism. It’s not a problem if people (you) have a different opinion. It has happened and we see it as a good.
According to the number of contracts that he has to bear, due to his work, he sees himself as a public figure of the Federal Republic of Germany, representing a juridical figure of 100 000 people [ref art. 19 GG (3)] from 2o2o, founded self, before the Law to AG Lemgo, the local Court. From some point in time, it would be ridiculous to deny such view, therefore acknowledged.
He is a rather decent person, and he operates Dynamic Applications with one person. That’s why there is a detailed list (‘defense line’) of formal Tasks in our AGB, and letters are recommended.
We’d be grateful if you’d agree that Martin Bernhardt and his family require, and shall as well be granted a bit of privacy, as well as other people. The work shall speak for the author.
Pirate Parties International has visitor status at the United Nations, in representing a few stateless boat people to day, before UN Law. Martin Bernhardt has visited the PPI world congress in Munich, Aug 2018, where he was reading a poem called the Federal Press Agency.
Martin Bernhardt has woven a Flag (ref. art. 22 agb), and is responsible for his own hands‘ work before the Law, with all personal belongings (,Gewerbetreibender‘). He knows a bit about expelled people. Martin Bernhardt has shaken hands with Dr. Patrick Breyer MdEUP, a judge from Germany, in Person in Nuremberg, at the UN Hallway (Congress of PP Germany).
Mr. Lukas Bernhardt has acknowledged father‘s right to show a picture of his son. We see Lukas Bernhardt as a natural participant, as declared himself in August, 2o2o. Mrs. Yvonne Bernhardt prefers to go with all the other people, in a blessing of her name. Yven. My beloved wife.
Formally spoken, we evaluate our work with 2.48 € per licensed Dynamic Application contract.
