Dynamic Applications joins Federation for Democracy and Tolerance.

today, 31 March 2o24, Dynamic Applications are joining the Federation for Democracy and Tolerance. It‘s a project initiated by the School i went to, back in 1980 .. 1988, the Niklas Luhmann Gymnasium in Oerlinghausen, the next small town. And what a well-done project.

it is actually just about 1 km south from our Headquarter (Home), as Helpup (the Village) belongs to the Town of Oerlinghausen, politically. We (i as a Founder) are part of the Helpup Church community, because of the right of foot (good right to walk the shortest path) to Church.

Personally, i buy my food at Brinkmann’s Edeka, the small super market in The Village, located at Helpup Bahnhof (Railway Station), half way to church, where i ride to with my bicycle, or i roll to with my wood wagon, as i am too poor to afford a car. So i walk and i drag my wood wagon behind me, and no one has stolen it so far, at Mrs. Brinkmann’s store.

in 1933, Oerlinghausen was the only district in Ostwestfalen-Lippe where the Nazis did not win the communal elections. A strong majority was voting SPD. So, the Town‘s Coat of Arms is still in mainly red, while the flag is Yellow – White – Red with the „Lippische Rose“ Coat of the Duke of „Fürstentum Lippe“ upon.

in March 1945, an Oberleutnant of the German Army decided to defend the town with a bunch of „Hitlerjungen“ (Young Men). So when the U.S. Army arrived on 31st March, a severe fight started for House to House, until the town was occupied on April 1, 1945 by the U.S. Army.

It is reported that 75 german soldiers, 20 americans and 5 civilians were killed in the needless incident.

Then, an endless row of american Tanks were rolling through the Town, on their way to Berlin, or, let‘s say, the later inner German border (BRD – DDR), where they met with Russian Troops.

The story of my Grandfather with the Nazis was that he refused to fight in WW II, as he already hat fought in WW I, where he was drawn at the age of 16. The Nazis didn’t find that very funny, but in the end, he was not deported, as he was bearing the name of the Kaiser, Wilhelm der II. (Kaiser Wilhelm der Große). It was a similarity of course, but all in all, the Nazis were concerned that he’d continue to speak up at the Front, with others listening to him as a natural authority as of his name (“… aber Wilhelm Grote hat gesagt, …”). He told me once (when i was young) that he hat a rifle from WW I in his large old Kommode, and he told them he’d use it to defend the Family, just in case, and then the Nazi “hatte die Hosen voll” and left the House. Once i was told by an old woman (here from The Village) that he served as a Policeman in the final weeks.

Since my wife, Yvonne Bernhardt, is from Thuringia (we‘ve married on Burg Greifenstein, back then on 22 June 2o11), tomorrow ‘s a special memorial day for the Bernhardt (geb. Grote) family.

I have involved and asked my Son Lukas, 13 years old, whether it sounds a good idea to join the federation. In a first Public Demonstration, we‘ve made a walk through Oerlinghausen aside with the Helpup Church Community, and so i went a bit apart since i was wearing the Federal Flag of the Founder, a traditional Pirate flag with self-made Paper stickers all upon the flag, which you might call the Father of the Bernhardt Family‘s flag.

It means that in being Pirates, we let our own hand‘s work, good craftsmanship and traditional righteousness, honesty, home and family tradition speak up for us. Wikipedia elaborates on righteousness, which may seem an almost forgotten virtue to the Young. I’ve got a self created flag, for example, both digital as well as in reality (the don’t look same).

The House of my father, Johannes Grote, at the Helpuper Str. 314 in Leopoldshöhe-Greste, was built upon the Meerbusch ground, in 1900. My grandparents were Wilhelm and Auguste Grote from the father‘s side, and Magdalene (geb. Kleimann) and Paul Blecher, who was a Diakon (biblical figure, House Father of Eckardsheim in Bethel near Bielefeld, whose Task is to share the bread evenly according to the new Testamony, Apostelgeschichte, in the Spirit of Jesus Christ).

When Paul Blecher was drawn by the Nazi Regime to support the German Army as a Sanitarian, he fell in the „Kessel von Stalingrad“.

My Grandma Magdalene took over the House Leadership of Eckardsheim, a place for difficult children, in all her self-given responsibility, and it was told to us 4 children that after war, she became very ill, broke apart, and was thought to die. That was known to my mother, Margret Grote, by a letter that my Grandma wrote to Tante Hanni (Hannelore Krüger), her sister. So Aunt Hanni was asked to care for my mum, just in case.

Both Magdalene Blecher and Hanni Krüger were working in various old people‘s homes as a servant, with a special contract „arbeit for kost and logis“ (work for bed and food), and only one room to share. So my mum had to switch school regularly, and both my Grandma and Aunt Hanni were living almost bare of any money, apart from society.

9 Months later, aye was born on 25 April 1970, almost exactly 116 days from what we call UTC zero, the beginning of Computer Clocks, to day.

As a matter of fun, both of them were living as a child in direct neighbourship, my mum‘s home just 250 m across the farmland, almost next house in South East direction. However, since they were 3 years apart in age, they rately met in school.

So the Bernhardt (geb. Grote) Family has a Tradition with Poverty, which is also reflected in the Name Kleimann and Blecher, while Grote means great (or large) family here in Germany.

Finally, my wife‘s own family consists of her Father Klaus Bernhardt (who passed away in August 2o16), and her mum Marina Bernhardt living near Saalfeld, in a small town near Burg Greifenstein, to day.

My wife is living in Lage, Germany, which is fortunately the next Town in East-South-East direction, border of Town just 750 m apart from our headquarter. So she is even closer to AG Lemgo, our local (family and company) Court, than myself.

I use to call Dynamic Applications „Unternehmen“, by the way, because it means that we take a little less (than usual). So i am the Founder and every contractor is a participant (Teilhaber) of Dynamic Applications, except for Lukas, my son, who is a natural participant. We’ll have to elaborate what that really means, in the upcoming years.

In a letter to Town Oerlinghausen, Mrs. Kirsten Werner, i have made a few remarks on general children‘s rights in school, considering Postbox (Deutsche Bundespost) in School, the option to reach Teachers nat of Trust anonymously (e.g. via Website) and i’ve raised a few questions on flags and basic constitutional rights of children in school.

Are Coats of Arms allowed in school? – which colours, restricted nationality? – are flags allowed in school, which size? – it all goes back to Art. 19 GG (3), the final paragraph of what we call the most basic rights (for civilians), before The Federal Republic expands in Art. 20 GG (1) .. (4).

In Art. 19 GG (3), it says that the most basic human rights, as elaborated in Art. 1 .. 20 GG, as well be valid for (and can be used to defend) domestic legal persons. That‘s any legal person (association, community, or company) who has a fixed seat in The Federal Republic. It‘s questionable whether a single flag already is protected by Art. 19 GG (3), but if you‘d see it as being so (option one), it could already protect a child.

So even a single child could call for help or gathering (wave with flag), surrender (white flag) or serve as nurse (red flag, white cross upon).

Formally spoken, additional legal rights could fall upon (be granted) the child raising a Coats of Arms.

But that‘s Jura, only as far as aye would know, upon.

However, when it comes to severe violations of basic rights, towards an (number of) individual(s), or even an association, the more freedom the association reserves to declare, the more freedom is granted before Law. So it may really make a lot of sense to found a Federation for Democracy and Tolerance, locate it in the founding town, and declare almost no other substance (so the legal person is as well tolerant, as the project). However, should neither substance nor fixed seat be ever declared, the whole federation may be so-called fluctual (fluent) (flüchtig), and then it wouldn‘t be protected by the Constitution anymore. So it could not possess, could not defend money, or any sort of property, for example.

imagine if one day a child starts jumping on its own flag, it’s family coat (of arms) (Wappen der Familie) on the school’s own playground. What an indignification, what a Taboo almost. That child may well be cursing its own ancestry.

That‘s my question towards the Federation of Democracy and Tolerance:

Do all children have access to a postbox of Deutsche Bundespost, outside of reach of the school‘s directorate? (Transparency – Klarheit, Sicherheit und Zusicherung der Funktion – in dubio, pro reo) …

Can children reach a Teacher of Trust (Vertrauenslehrer) anonymously also, e.g. through the School‘s own Website? (Privacy protection – Guard – Haus und Familie bleiben im Zweifel geschützt, was ebenfalls zugesichert werden sollte – in dubio, pro reo) …

Teach children to defend self, formally, where necessary? (chance – c flag!) …

is Constitution (art. 19 gg) taught in school? – (Participation) – (Pacta sunt Servanda) – (are basic ground rights warranted as well for children)?

Maybe we‘d need less Weapons, Police, Guard, where children were taught properly rights of make good and refund, in duty, just in appropriate time.

finally, a word towqrds the Nazi guys. At the Pirate Party, we see it so that there is Freedom before Law, and that there shall be Meinungsfreiheit (Expression of free speach) and no Censor ship in general. Every one is residing on their own ‘Houseboat’ (a typical Pirate Party member expression for ‘i am speaking from Home’, in Mumble, a program where we talk upon). However, it is quite a common opinion at the Pirate Party that there should be a severe ‘Brandmauer’ (Firewall) towards the AfD, the Alternative for Germany, a popular party (5 .. 10 .. 20 .. 32 .. %). On the other hand, it is also an opinion with the Pirate Party that even popular right-wing figures like Björn Höcke shall be allowed to sit down and so get a chair, at the Pirate Party congress.

That branch defends couer value of Participation (chance), ‘Teil habe’ (‘aye have part)’, a general good right of any man to speak upon. Marina Weisband (@afelia) is a popular Pirate who defends the Firewall opinion, while i am the most popular defender of the second branch, Teilhabe (chance), if i may dare to say so, here, in all respect. Alternative opinions are welcome with Dynamic Applications (all up to the level of far right-wing opinions), but every one hat got to sign the license for using our programs (no murder, man slaughter, death penalty, torture, severe violence, or other severe violation of basic human rights), or has got to accept our agb, at least formally (take note, accept roughly the same most basic conditions, which also apply to Soldiers), because they’re mentioned in the Footer of our letterhead, as a final word. That doesn’t mean that they’re all valid, in Court, as here the Judge comes in. However, in binding our selves, in binding my self, here we proclaim Freedom before Law (art. 2 GG) in the most decent, common way, for our selves.

Constitutionalism, if you want.

We call it Tolerance, in Respect. Remember that Freedom is always the Freedom on the other side of opinion (Rosa Luxemburg). No harm intended.
