To introduce the Smart Grid Application, as usual, at Dynamic Applications, we go back to the heart, to the origin of our Product – which is, in this very case – the development of public infrastructure, all from the very ground up.

Isn’t that similar to what we see in modern civilization? – with all the achievemets of democracy, Law, order, history, library, the PC, so many international networks, what remains with us is mainly a lot of confusion. In public, do main, it was told us, right? – what we really got then was a mess. No anchor, just 100 contracts by Law, of every state where they had programmers, with lots of counter-the-law Terms and Conditions ’round that.

Is there any warranty to win a single Lawsuit, in Court?
Is there any justice then, any stability, any safe ground to rely upon?

So here we find out that there is a natural distance between Law, Order, Liberty and Justice.

Even if properly executed, we have to admit that the Law is not with the honest, fair and just People, in court. And if you ask me, that Problem goes back to the fundament of Democracy, of Law itself.

The Theory of Freedom before the Law.

Sounds good, works out like the slow, almost certain, yearly arrival of a desaster in Time.

While good, honest people would try to behave orderly, the lovers of Freedom find joy in questioning. So that’s a natural balance, of course. However, in the long run, what happens is that the books of Democracy are filling.

As all the delegates, all those traditional Politicians would strive as well for purpose, with every month, a few new Laws arrive on Top of everything we had before. Now do we have 10000, already, or are there even more?

At some point, we find ourselves trapped between the poor, honest, and fair person in Court, almost the perfect victim. Accepting and enduring courageously all the Procedures, admitting even the Necessity of Proof.

Against that, the True Libertarian, choosing to defend all their belongings by almost all means.

And finally, the frustrated poor.

Sitting down on the Street, already, or still defending Home and Family with arms.

so now you ask yourself, what‘s Protocol Form to do here with Shelf?

What are we talking about. Do you wanna build Civilization, or just one more Court.

So it would be expected that you can build a Society in a better way, at some point, right?

So in theory, both Protocol Form and a small Shelf. They are same before the Law.

Cause one single shelf can rescue a life on the Seashore, just like one page.

So what‘s then to see, on that very page, hm? – good question.

If you ask me, well, you have already seen it. That was the one page. An innovation in Law.

So how do we apply it, to rescue one life, to judge then again and again on the People?

Well, if you ask me, so if aye was the Judge, just very simple.

First of all, we gotta understand that Justice and Law were not the same, at all, in the beginning. And that was Year 2o21, a.d. Here we the people were living in what was called the most sophisticated societies, but in fact, in when you looked closely what really counts, the most simple things would not even work out, in the standard case. So Justice was not at all to expect from the Court place, where it counts. Do you have a life? – do you have a Family? – have you built a House? – are you a good Man? – can you see your children?

There was a bit of some theoretical assumption, like The UN Declaration of Human Rights, but in fact, it was not like that. Life? – would not really count, you know. For the natives maybe. Otherwise not. Home? good luck. Children, Family? – god‘s blessing, apart from that, what was granted was got, to day. Not one at all was warranty. Basically, they said it was too expensive with Justice, then it was effort, and then they won‘t care.

Because of a concept of what they called Freedom before the Law.

That was some kind of counter-concept that sounds good.
But in Court, they used the word Freedom to destroy the Low, really.

It came with Proof and you have to prove it and then you need so many, 10000 Laws then to limit the infinite Freedom of stupid people, that the whole Court system really got lost in it, and they knew. It was broken by concept, as it was not at all understood that the whole Court place was considered an Institution, the many, for granted. And they did not even tell you, for protecting them selves with their friends, from all the Lawyers.

So how would aye do it then, you are asking, to back up our Civilization, our People, where it counts?

So aye would give them attending, first of all, Protocol Form. So they can file self where not good enough.

Explain your self, protect family, and give fair chances. That‘s how.

Fair enough, right? – so in my Court, no reason be Friend with the Judge.
Same rights for all. and it counts. our good.

Then, well, aye would explain them how it works, and it works in the most simple way.
Family Problems have a Tendency always to come up with some un fair Trade.

So aye would just give them one hour, because many more people attending at court. In that one our, they can talk. It‘s like about what ever they want, with the child, home and Family, like, almost with sexual assault.

Then, it‘s 1000 Euro per day, 250 Euro per double hour for the hearing. Fair enough. That‘s how we do it, to create justice. cheap, almost, but of good quality. Fair enough. So that’s gonna speed them up on how we create justice with people in line, outside, waiting. Fair enough.

cause it‘s really about everything that counts, you know.

So now they can talk what they want and aye just take a look they can talk. So every one gotta chance two speak up, for a minute. And then they can agree upon things. On how they gonna do it, in a better way.

It‘s not forbidden to talk about it, you know? – not in my little court room, here.

Then, when one hour is over, now let‘s see what we have.
So aye copy them Protocol Form, one for each one.

So it‘s kinda instant justice, with my court.

Have the £aw with you.

Why wanna make it any more complicated if you can have it easy like that. Joy and fun, with the people attending. So then they go home with agreement and bill, for invoice of 250 Euro for justice created with people now. It‘s very simple. Aye give them 4 weeks to Trade, with the Money. So they learn how to share fair and evenly, and to set up a fair, good enough Trade. No reason to do it in Court Place, you know. Let them find out, all by them shelves, how to rescue upon fair and even, Protocol.

So in 4 weeks, we have 250 Euro arriving at Court, from people with Lawyers or not, same enough. Do they send more, altogether, then, why not! – seems that they like it at Court. So then we can build up more Justice in Court place upon. So here we create competition and now they have choice, in the 2nd level education.

And where not even 250 Euro arriving? – they don’t have it, they say? – well, well, fair enough.

Now aye expect that they show me in respect to the so many people attending, how could we save even more good creating the justice at court. Prove it. Help us process more people‘s order, in time. Help us at the front door. Help us in the court kitchen, clean up the self service restaurant.

Where not convincing, in proving them selves being Judge now in Court, for 100 next people attending, oh dear well, next up. Not willing, not attending to do that, here also? –

Now, we don‘t like to have so much of wrong that, at the Court place.

Well, well. Now in that case, and believe me, we can do it, well, aye invite them again, 2 weeks upon, in time. So that we got then the Justice created in 6 weeks, by Law. Now it‘s same rules, only 1000 Euro per Person, per double hour, by Law. That was Law in my Court, for been hurting on Judge, self, child, Family, and all the other people.

Including the Lawyers, 1000 Euro, per double hour, of course, 1000 Euro to also teach them how you do not waste other people’s time, in the one Court room where the Law was attending.

And that said the Judge who took 25 Euro per hour, for himself, at 200 € a work day, 1000 € the week.

Because in my Court, here, do you listen, we the people, we were same, we were all same before the Law.

Am just one self-created Judge (could not find any) who created first a Protocol Form so that People can bring Law now to every damn Court place, in the world. Because they have the Law with them, already, and they knew how to Judge fair and evenly,

on arrival.

You know what? – they were defending the doors, from inside the Court places, a few years later.

Now we learn why Innovation Travels at good, fair, and reasonably well calculated speed.

Survival of the one. .. The one Judge who wrote the Protocol of the whole Story.
