today, 31 March 2o24, Dynamic Applications are joining the Federation for Democracy and Tolerance. It‘s a project initiated by the School i went to, back in 1980 .. 1988, the Niklas Luhmann Gymnasium in Oerlinghausen, the next small town. And what a well-done project.

Aus Gründen der Rechtsklarheit zunächst zur Abgrenzung von Anomie und Anarchie.

Anomie (griechisch: Kompositum aus α Privativum zur Verneinung und der Endung -nomie von νόμος, „Ordnung, Gesetz“) bezeichnet in der Soziologie einen Zustand fehlender oder schwacher sozialer Normen, Regeln und Ordnung. Vor allem in England war der Begriff ursprünglich ein theologischer Ausdruck für das Brechen religiöser Gesetze.
Zur Beschreibung einer Anomie wird umgangssprachlich und irreführend häufig auch das Wort Anarchie (Abwesenheit von Herrschaft) benutzt.
Anomie entsteht vor allem aus der Diskrepanz zwischen gesellschaftlich bzw. kulturell definierten, also erstrebenswerten und legitimen Zielen (für die USA z. B. individueller Reichtum), und einer Unklarheit über die zu ihrer Erreichung legitimen (sozial erlaubten) Mittel oder aus einem erschwerten Zugang zu diesen Mitteln.
Die Entwicklung des Anomiebegriffs bei Durkheim vollzog sich in mehreren Schritten:
Zunächst verstand er Anomie als eine Situation, in der in einer arbeitsteiligen Gesellschaft keine Solidarität mehr entsteht. In seinem Werk über den Suizid (1897) sind es vor allem Ambitionen der Individuen, die im günstigen Fall zu einem moralischen Individualismus, im ungünstigen zu einem egoistischen exzessiven Individualismus führen. Letzterer zerstört das soziale Gleichgewicht und die sozialen Normen und führt nach Durkheim in die Anomie.
Mit Anomie kann also die Dissoziation zwischen kulturellen Zielen und dem Zugang bestimmter sozialer Schichten zu dazu notwendigen Mitteln beschrieben werden, also aus einem Auseinanderklaffen von angestrebten Zielen, Wünschen und Erwartungen der Menschen einer Gesellschaft, den sozialen Normen, welche die Mittel vorschreiben, die die Menschen zur Realisierung ihrer Ziele anwenden dürfen, und einer als ungerecht empfundenen Verteilung dieser Mittel. Dadurch schwächt sich die Bindung zwischen Mitteln und Zielen ab.

Für eine Akzeptanz menschlicher Werte – Asyl und Migration zu 4-5 Euro am Tag. Eingebracht als Positionspapier zum Piraten BPT 2023.2 in Hamburg (PDF).
In einem Rechtsstaat wird der Wert des Menschen an den Ärmsten Menschen gemessen.
Im Gerichtsverfassungsgesetz (GVG) wurde von daher festgelegt, dass dem Mensch nach einem Jahr ohne jegliches rechtliches Gehör (§ 198 GVG) ganze 1.200 Euro Entschädigung zuteil werden.
Das sehen wir im Grunde als korrekt an, denn es muss darum gehen, zunächst das Leben des Menschen an sich zu erhalten. Insofern man für 3-4 Euro am Tag nur Wasser und einen kleinen Sack Reis oder Getreide hinwirft, im Monat 100 Euro, im Jahr 1200 Euro, kann ein gesunder Mensch sein Leben erhalten. Über 80 Jahre gesehen entspricht dies dem Wert des Menschen von 100.000 Euro (in der Versicherungsmathematik als Teil der Wurzel der Menschheit angenommen, der Euro von daher normiert).

That means that we are neither an ‘Inc’, ‘LLC’, nor a GmbH (limited liability) in Germany, nor an AG (Shareholder Organization) nor an UG (limited liability of only/from 1 Euro).
Now this article contains information in how we work together, at Dynamic Applications.
We are a Figura juridica defined by the dna license and our own AGB, Terms and Conditions. That’s perfectly legal! In the Righteous State, you don’t have to go the standard way. So you can go a special way that is perfectly designed according to your needs. And so, we have defined Dynamic Applications as a community of people (mostly Startups and Small Business) who are working for their own success. a bit similar to a non-profit organization.
You are invited to work with us and you can check out our Terms and Conditions, where we grant a lot of good rights to everyone. Constitutional Rights that we have here in Germany.
To understand how it works, we need to concern ourselves a bit with Jura (legal rights). As a Startup, it is important that you have got a basic understanding of your good rights. So we recommend everyone to read these explanations, then continue with the Constitution of your own Country, or Public State. Following the Constitution, best chance for you to survive.
In creating Financial Business Planners, we see ourselves just between the private Individual or Organization, and the Public State. So, we have defined our very own AGB, Terms and Conditions, as well as our own software license, the dna license. In the Federal Republic of Germany, this basic right is granted by Art. 19 GG (3) of Constitution, where it says:
Art. 19 GG (3): Legal remedy.
The basic rights shall also apply to domestic juridical persons to the extent that the nature of such rights permits.
So we conclude that Freedom before the Law (art. 2 agb) as well as Equality before the Law (art. 3 agb) are as well granted towards (and by) Dynamic Applications.
We try to go the perfect path, and therefore we are almost exactly half free and half same, at Dynamic Applications. So we follow the optimum path to Success.
As we deliver lifetime success, our Target, we call our mission ‘Sharing Economy’.
So we follow the spirit of The Sharing Economy and we (i) live in The Sharing Economy, self.
This means that we (i) try to give a good example, self, and so i take only 25 €/h for my work time, and it’s only 10 €/h for poor people who couldn’t afford us otherwise, on request.

Now that’s an old virtue that’s called Righteousness. At Dynamic Applications, we see ourselves as righteous people before the Law. And that means that we live in the spirit of The Sharing Economy and we take a good price, ourselves, and we live a decent life here.
For example, i can not even afford a car. But that’s cool and i have a wood wagon and with that i transport my food home every week, which is 1 km from the Super Store, and so it’s fair enough and i save about 250 € per month just by not having a car. So we’re actually rather poor people at Dynamic Applications, for a rich country like Germany, but that’s not forbidden and at least we live here and try to do good in the spirit of the bible, and we are confident. So you have the benefit that there’s enough profit on the Table to work with us. Because we take what we need, and all the money left is for the other people.
Now do you have to be as poor as me? – no, not necessarily. We work with almost all kinds of people. Only you are not allowed to murder or slaughter another person. Because capital punishment is abolished in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany (Art. 102 GG).
Declaring the good rights of your Constitution to everyone means that these rights are as well granted to everyone, which is our good right following from Article 19 GG Par. (3), as just seen.
So we are given the constitutional rights and we follow them and we grant them to you.

1.) Gerechtigkeit:
jeder muss die Hälfte pro Monat abgeben,
dann Summe durch Teilhaber = gerechter Anteil,
und dann bekommt jeder Mensch seinen gerechten Anteil ausgezahlt.

2.) nur Lebensnot:
alle reichsten Menschen müssen bis zu 100 Euro an die ärmsten abgeben, Rest bleibt halt frei nach Artikel 2. Das gildet denn halt aber auch pro Monat.

3.) nur der eine Euro:
im 1. Jahr zahlt jeder Bundesbürger nur 1 Euro,
denn aber jedes Jahr wenigstens 1 Euro mehr, für 100 Jahre.

4.) die Meisterprüfung.
wer BGE 1.0 Konzept verbessert, musst du erst ma Ticket für 12 Euro kaufen. Dann einmal BPT organisieren, den Algorithmus musst du einreichen,und dann musst du halt auch die Abstimmung gewinnen.
Sonst gildet‘s nicht. Aber wer so das BGE verbessert, der bekommt als einziger das Doppelte, für 10…

The Assembly may decide:
Die Piratenpartei NRW setzt sich in besonders hohem Maße für Teilhabe, Chancengerechtigkeit, Fairness, Ehrlichkeit, sowie den Schutz und die elementare Versorgung der Familien ein.
Aus diesem Grund soll jeder Mensch in diesem Land ein Grundrecht auf Leben und elementare Versorgung erhalten.
Um die Selbstbestimmung des Einzelnen zu erhalten, soll jeder Mensch, der diesem Land angehört, ein Bedingungsloses Grundeinkommen von 250 Euro pro Monat erhalten. Mit diesem kann zum Beispiel eine Krankenkasse finanziert werden, damit Menschen nicht an ihrer Armut versterben. Um die Freiheit des Einzelnen zu respektieren und zu fördern, sollen alle Menschen selbst über die Verwendung des BGE entscheiden dürfen. Das BGE wird monatlich vom Finanzamt überwiesen; Kinder erhalten ein entsprechendes Sparkonto.
