Die Verantwortung der Zukunft.
ein sehr interessanter Denkanstoß über die Möglichkeiten zur Veränderung der Welt.
Ein Versuch der Antwort auf die im u.g. Artikel aufgeworfene Kernfrage.
ich versuche mein Kind – von Anfang an – nicht als gehorsamen Befehlsempfänger zu erziehen. Sondern lieber einige wenige Grundregeln aufzustellen, die für uns alle gelten – man darf sich und andere nicht verletzen, und auch Gegenstände, für die wir lange arbeiten müssen, dürfen nicht mit Absicht zerstört werden. Das hat er verstanden. Dann bespreche ich mit unserem Sohn, wie ein sinnvolles und faires Verhalten mit Kindern und anderen Menschen aussehen sollte.
Etwa mit Fragen wie “und was wäre denn für alle Menschen am besten?”

du hattest ja eben über die Bedeutung von Tablets und Smartphones gesprochen und den neuen Zugang, den diese Medien zur Welt der Software und Technologie erschaffen. Der Trend zu Tablets, also kleineren Strukturen und immer ergonomischen Lösungen wird ja weitergehen, die Welt bleibt ja nicht stehen. Also alles, was machbar ist, erst kommt die Werbung und es wird dann ja auch gekauft. Google Glass und diese Uhren namens iWatch sind vorangekündigt und es wird ein unglaublicher Hype ausgelöst um diese Themen.

Consent for Better and Faster Decisions.
Very interesting thoughts about reaching a Consensus based on fairness so that everyone in a Team is willing to participate and work on or with the results, as they believe in the participation culture.
it’s rare for an inventor to meet people where you instantly see they have more or alternative thoughts to what you offer yourself, so finally, a true source of inspiration.
my personal recommendation.
While exploring governance in business over the past couple of years I encountered both Sociocracy and Holacracy. Both of these approaches to governance have been associated with self-directed groups, and both have wrongly been identified as forms of anarchy. I’ve read about these approaches, attended introductory workshops, and participated in discussion groups – but I don’t claim expertise (I’m not a trained facilitator in either Sociocracy or Holacracy). I have applied some of what I’ve learned in daily practice, particularly consent decision-making which I feel can lead to better and faster decisions.

Vorwort
In diesem Beitrag geht es um die Frage, ob und wie man menschliches Verhalten klassifizieren, also einschätzen kann. Also zumindest mit einer gewissen Wahrscheinlichkeit, weil ja am Ende jeder Mensch doch wieder ein wenig anders tickt. Das heßt aber nicht, dass es hier darum geht, Menschen in eine Schublade zu drücken und ihnen die Nachteile, die diese Schublade mit sich bringt, zum Vorwurf zu machen.
Das Social Styles Model unterscheidet vier Merkmale, um einen Mensch einzuschätzen, und gibt eine Anfangsidee zum Umgang mit dem Typ. Aufgrund seiner Einfachheit eignet es sich gut für’s Alltagsgespräch. Aber denken Sie daran, dass jeder Mensch ein bisschen was von jeder Schublade hat.
