Much like a monetary refund, warranted by the books criminal or civil, common Law.

Shall aye Warrant the Law my self, you ask your self?

Now here we learn that in defending The Federal Republic, you have to defend all the good values that have been declared, in a Memory of WW II. Now when you decide for something, Young Modeler, in being an honorable man, try to be good in what you do. That‘s your best chance, as it‘s our best chance here to declare our country‘s constitution in our AGB. So we bind ourselves in being the example, self.

And that includes the Assumption of Innocense, the Fundament u of any Righteous Sense. As well, you shall not judge your self, as you are biased, prejudiced by your own personal wishes and desires. So that rules out by any means to defend Law by weapon. Instead, giving the good example self is what remains for you, my friend. Let all those Lies of other people speak for themselves. So anyone can see who‘s Criminal, and who was fair in all the Time by giving the example, self.

In the Federal Republic of Germany, it’s the Parent’s highest duty to care for their children. Removing children from their loving Parents is defined a serious crime, with StGB § 235 (4) (en).

However, in practice, once you enter the Court room, you’ll notice that they handle it in a completely different way. A whole bunch of Experts is organized who are writing any kind of Expertise on the Judge’s demand. Then, try to find a State Attorney who goes against the Judge.

No one helps you with anything. On your own again, so helplessly alone you feel.

That may be some times uncommon, but that’s how we see it. It is not the task of the Judge to create their own justification, as they prefer. In the end, what remains to you is that you can define what you do, write and say, your self. And that’s how we do it.

Should we give any advice, we advise all Parents to care for their beloved children, themselves. Just be happy your have them with you, don’t you quarrel around, and never go to Youth Welfare Office, never go to Court. It’s almost certain that as soon as they take everything from you, including the right to see your children, that you’ll regret everything bitterly.

Honest lives the longest, here we say.

So we calculate the sum of all they owe us, accordingly. And how much could that be, honestly?

Here we say you can not calculate that value. The only thing that remains is that – in being relatively innocent people – we have to stay with our values, where nothing else remains. So we calculate work time only, times price per hour. We charge what need to survive, as we have defined with our own AGB, Terms and Conditions, according to the Law.

Fair enough, we say.

So here we find ourselves, our life, our memories, and ask one self:

will there anything remain from me?

Like in the old, ancient Egypt times, what unbelievable value that is to be happy and be able to see your very own children, for a lifetime. Share food with them, share joy with them, see them uprising, and give them all they need that you have learned, your self.

And so we claim that all you people do not have to make good for this.

In the constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany, for example, it says that parents shall take care of their own children, unless there is a danger of serious neglect.

How often has this very fine, well thought out promise been bent?

How many fathers, how many mothers have to live without their child?

Write book of Life for other people, so they know how important it’s to avoid all the quarrel, from day one. Discuss all that’s to be discussed, but know each day that it’s your own duty to create that beautiful life of laughter, fun and joy for The your only one. Instead, visit the one a lifetime, bring present here and there, small samples show of love and joy, and may it be thrown out of window, learn to behave, so to survive. But never forget root, home, child and family you came from, who endured your way of life, and thought of you on every day when you left home.

Dynamic Applications. on a peaceful way.

At Dynamic Applications, what ever happens in life, we use to develop a plan. That’s our habit. And as that’s our daily work, that’s then what defines us. So may be that i am a bit late here, writing a sorry to my beloved wife, and my little son.

In 21st century societies, we don’t do it like that anymore, you know. We have the Law and we got the Court and the good right is with us, and in theory, everything is fairly well elaborated.

However, don’t make your self a fool, my friend. Don’t tell your self that other people have to follow the Law that you have found good for your self. Because there’s so many Laws, what will happen when a whole Family, your lifetime promise, is in Trouble? – quarrel and accusations, my friend, and in the end, soon nothing remains then that you have made your self quite a bunch of new enemies, at the Youth Welfare Office, the Court, the negotiators and social workers, fairly easily.

Then, you are alone, my friend. So to prevent you from falling apart, literally, for many years, we encourage everyone to go a good way. The way of understanding, fairness, and keeping the promise your self, where no one else remains. So that at least a glimpse of hope shall stay, in your heart.

Much like a glimpse of hope remains with me, to see again my little sun.

And so, the only thing that we can recommend is that you stay the good one, fair and correct. Where people hurt you, utterly, well then it may be time. Then you may count it all together, one day, when it’s enough. And file in all the Time that they have stolen from your heart.
