about Founder’s Family.

Martin Bernhardt was born as Martin Grote on 25.04.1970 in Bethel, near Bielefeld, EU (D), to be the first son of Margret Hanni Grote (* 25.07.1942, t 25.11.2018), geb. Magdalene (t 1995) and Paul Blecher (t 1942), and Johannes Gustav Fritz Hugo Grote (* 19.05.1939), geb. Wilhelm Grote (* 06.03.1900, t 10.1989) and Auguste Grote, geb. Hünerhoff (t 1971).

My mum and dad, they cared for my surviving grand parents, at home, and so do we 4 children, Martin (* 25.04.70), Christa (* 24.12.71), Norbert (* 21.02.73) and Tobias Grote (* 13.03.76), all living in or near Leopoldshoehe, care for our parents, to day.

So as it seems, we were poor, but we had good psrents, and all 4 children have returned near home.

My Grandfather Paul was last seen working as an orderly nurse in the stalingrad vessel, and my Grandfather Wilhelm was a young soldier in WW I, returned home around the age of 18, and then refused to fight in WW II, because he had served in war, and said he had done his duty.

das sagten sowohl mein Opa Willi, als auch meine geliebte Oma Magdalene immer, und Oma und ich spielten des abends oft Reversi, ein kleines Brettspiel für Kinder.

Das letzte Spiel, was Lukas und ich mit meiner Mutter spielten, war Rummikub (von Rommé, a simplified card game). Meine Mutter konnte kaum noch ihre Hand bewegen, um die Steine auf’s richtige Feld zu legen, und so habe ich Lukas gebeten zu warten, um auch das Warten zu erlernen, wo es ihr im August 2018 schon sehr schwerfiel, den richtigen Zug zu machen, und ihre Hand zum Tisch zu bewegen, und doch, (“Lukas, wir warten.”) seine Oma Margret vielleicht ein letztes Mal zu ehren, dass sie den entscheidenden Zug machen konnte. Denn das ist immer die letzte Erinnerung des Menschen. Ich hab dich lieb, sagte sie noch zu mir, als ich sie wenige Wochen später des Morgens begrüßte, und sie schon kaum noch sprechen konnte. Das gute bleibt.

Das Essen habe ich bereitet, an dem Tag. Meine Mutter hat sich gefreut, dass ich mir die Zeit nahm, denn ich war zuletzt nicht oft bei meinen Eltern, da ich gerade mein eigenes Unternehmen gegründet hatte, um in den folgenden Jahren dann auch meine eigene Familie Kraft meiner Hände Arbeit versorgen zu können. Wir hatten das Glück, auf Groten Hof, sehr liebevolle Eltern zu haben.

My uncle, and my godfather, was Bernhard Grote, born 1936, my father’s brother, living near Recklinghausen, north of Ruhrgebiet, where he was working as a doctor (Oberarzt) in the Town Hospital, living in Marl, at Goethestraße 18 with three children, our cousins, Joachim Grote (Munich), Jutta Grote (working as a Gold-Smith in Cologne) and Philipp Grote (caring for his old mother, Hanna Grote).

My uncle Bernhard Grote had a House in Beningafehn, near Hesel, East Friesland, at North Sea. I liked that house a lot. As a young man, he offered me to visit his house for student holidays, with a few friends.

We’re up right and poor people here, you know – I have defined us as such, because i was raised like that, in past times, and i want to be good father, as well.

Yvonne Bernhardt, who shall be even for all times, on 22.06.2011, said yes in Thuringia, and that was later confirmed on 27.08.2011 in Church of Helpup, by Pfarrer Friedhelm Nachtigal. Yvonne Bernhardt is the first daughter of Klaus Bernhardt (t 08.2016) and Marina Bernhardt (*17.02.1959), Bad Blankenburg, near Saalfeld, Thuringia.

I’ve learned much about the importance of a good company culture at Engellgenio GmbH in Munich, led by Dr. Heiko Spitzer and wife Katrin, one of my former Employers and a specialist in large scale infrastructure planning, working there with Sabine Schieffert, Mihalea Buda, Susanne Schwarz, Dr. Sven Huebner, Dr. Michael Haeuserer, Christof Werner, and Terence Dürauer, in 2014.

Then, let’s mention Vesta Business Simulations in Berlin, led by Dr. Markus Schmies and Family, with Martin Sommer, Nils Bohr, and Holger Pietsch, that a fine company culture, times t, shall lead to a lot of success over time.

Are you ready to grow, Young Modeler? – from my Perspective, in founding a globally operating company, like, for example, a SocialMedia driven App development, the bad part of it is that with an outstanding value for money offering, you have to grow rapidly, and you have to take quite a few risks, along the way, and you have to keep your costs low, by all means, or sell your soul.

Learn to balance your life in time, that’s what i learned from my lifetime’s history.

And not all of that shall ever be told on theses written pages, so at some point, consider how it would be if all people would remember everyone. So by defining a good end for your own story, all is well, and you do well to think about all this at 50 years of age.
